📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end enterprise-scale PIM solution design, including data models, business processes, integrations, and governance frameworks • Translate client requests into appropriate solutions • Hand implementation-ready, de-risked scope to Implementation Consultants and remain the first technical escalation point through delivery • Own technical decisions on build, design, and scope questions after signing • Present proposals and options to clients when work falls outside agreed scope • Remain engaged as a trusted advisor after go-live • Review existing implementations and provide recommendations • Run workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder interviews across the customer journey • Coach BSAs across the region on strategy and craft • Lead structured experiments to improve team efficiency and customer outcomes, and codify successful approaches into playbooks • Represent Client Solutions on client Steering Committees for medium-to-large engagements • Work with the Director of Client Solutions to shape annual Client Solutions strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Solution architecture experience in SaaS • Experience in PIM, commerce, DAM, MDM, or a comparable data-heavy domain • Understanding of development concepts, product data structure and schema, and API/integration patterns • Fluency in the e-commerce technology stack • Ability to speak credibly with marketing, data/MDM, regulatory affairs, and logistics teams • Enterprise consultancy capability and willingness to be hands-on in the build • Experience owning client discovery and solution design • Track record showing career-building rather than short-tenure job-hopping • Around 8+ years of relevant experience • A degree is a plus, not a filter
