• Organize, manage, strategize, and oversee virtual and in-person internal, user, and marketing conferences and events • Plan, execute, research, measure, and coordinate cross-team event programs • Create programs aligned with strategic initiatives to drive customer advocacy, adoption, retention, and expansion • Serve as company expert in standard event concepts, practices, and procedures • Create plans and budgets in coordination with the Director of Events • Develop marketing event programs that reinforce the brand, generate qualified leads, and strengthen customer relations • Oversee execution of user conferences, employee events, trade shows, special events, and other marketing programs • Coordinate event communications, messaging, logistics, agendas, segmentation-list communication strategies, vendors, speakers, entertainers, and contracts • Develop scalable processes and recommend innovative event solutions • Evaluate and report KPIs, metrics, post-event analysis, lead conversion, ROI, and expenses • Monitor event budgets, negotiate contracts, and manage event-related expenses • Communicate key event information to the organization • Ensure appropriate personnel are scheduled for events • Collaborate with internal and external teams to align agendas with company strategy and customer needs • Identify projects to improve event processes, efficiency, cost, and engagement • Travel to the main office in Salt Lake and to events during the year
• 1+ years’ experience in event/field marketing and project management • Experience marketing B2B high-tech products/solutions • Experience using SFDC • Some travel required for trade shows and other live events domestically and occasionally internationally • Project management skills including defining, scheduling, tracking, communicating status, risk management, contingency planning, and acquiring resources • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships within Marketing, Sales, HR, CX, Finance, and with partners • Extraordinary attention to detail • Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment and manage multiple concurrent projects within established timelines • Proven capability to accomplish difficult, complex goals with limited authority • Passion for results, measurement, optimization, and driving ROI • All employees must pass a background check • Must provide accurate personal and professional information and complete identity verification as requested
