📋 Description

• Collaborate with Architects on private and public cloud designs to ensure scalability, security, and cost efficiency • Lead diagnosis and resolution of complex private and public cloud issues involving networking, security, storage, and performance • Mentor Cloud Services Engineers and Administrators on best practices and technical problem solving • Collaborate with Project Services during customer onboarding • Use approved policy and process guidance for standardized customer deployments • Perform or direct Cloud Services maintenance • Recommend changes to Cloud Services infrastructure policy and guidance • Recommend changes to customer environment configuration and optimization • Create and use automated processes for standardized customer deployments • Provide technical communications and documentation related to Cloud Services configuration and changes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, related field, or equivalent relevant experience • One or more relevant cloud platform certifications • VMWare Certified Professional Data Center Virtualization • Azure Administrator Associate Certification • Nutanix Certified Professional • Current CCNA certification, or comparable enterprise network platform certification • 5+ years hands-on experience managing private cloud environments • Experience designing, deploying, maintaining private cloud infrastructure at scale • 5+ years practical experience with Cisco, or comparable enterprise network solutions • 5+ years experience with VMWare vSphere or comparable platforms • 5+ years experience with SAN, NAS, or object storage • Familiarity with public cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or equivalent platform • Experience with Storage Virtualization • Practical PowerShell scripting experience
