📋 Description

• Manage and grow strategic relationships with customers • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business solutions, product marketing, and engineering to support account growth • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities • Provide accurate forecasting, reporting, and analysis for senior leadership • Support sales at major OEMs in the Los Angeles, CA area • Manage high-value accounts, develop long-term relationships, and drive revenue growth

🎯 Requirements

• Highly experienced Sales Account Manager with a proven track record of supporting sales at major OEMs in the Los Angeles, CA area • Must reside in Southern California in the Los Angeles area for proximity to customers • Strong experience in sales account management or related roles • Proven success supporting customers with complex sales cycles • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills • Ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or higher • MBA desired (but not required) • Experience in selling highly specialized semiconductor solutions (FPGA's, ASIC's etc.) • Established network within customer organizations • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms • Applicants must be eligible for any required U.S. export authorizations
