📋 Description

• Source qualified candidates using Indeed, the ATS, and other recruiting channels • Review applications and identify candidates matching defined sourcing profiles • Conduct structured phone and video interviews • Use behavioral interviewing techniques to evaluate candidate experience and performance • Manage candidates from application through hire • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and upcoming hiring needs • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in the ATS • Track pipeline activity, pass-through rates, hiring volume, and quality outcomes • Partner with hiring leaders and the recruiting team to calibrate candidate profiles • Participate in interview reviews, candidate calibration, and recruiter coaching • Follow up consistently with candidates to maintain engagement throughout the hiring process

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience • Experience managing multiple open positions and candidate pipelines simultaneously • Experience sourcing candidates rather than relying exclusively on inbound applicants • Strong behavioral interviewing skills with the ability to ask effective follow-up and probing questions • Comfortable working toward measurable recruiting goals and performance metrics • Strong organization and follow-through in a fast-moving environment • Confident communicating with candidates by phone, video, email, and text • Comfortable receiving coaching, reviewing performance data, and adjusting your recruiting approach • Experience using an ATS and online sourcing platforms • High-volume recruiting preferred • Call center, sales, customer service, or operational recruiting preferred • Indeed sourcing and candidate outreach preferred • Recruiting for remote positions preferred • Greenhouse or similar applicant tracking systems preferred • Must complete a short assessment before moving forward to interviews
