📋 Description

• Partner with senior leadership in Finance, Legal, and Risk to align HR strategies with operational goals and guide executive talent management • Lead organizational change initiatives, job evaluations, retention planning, and succession reviews • Deploy enterprise performance reviews, calibration sessions, executive onboarding, and leadership development programs • Leverage workforce analytics and interactive dashboards to deliver actionable insights for strategic business decisions • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence and Employee Relations to navigate complex organizational dynamics and resolve business challenges • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and collaborate with executive leadership and HR Centers of Excellence • Drive talent management, organizational design, and executive coaching to shape the corporate people agenda

🎯 Requirements

• Substantial progressive experience in HR, with shared services experience strongly preferred • Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR disciplines, organizational design, talent management, and North American regulatory nuances • Proven ability to build high-trust relationships with senior executives, offer constructive guidance, and manage cross-functional priorities • Proficiency in Google Workspace, workforce analytics tools, Workday, and ServiceNow
