📋 Description

• Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP/CRM projects, including upgrades, migrations, and end-user support • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP applications, including Business Central or Supply Chain Management • Build and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate flows to streamline processes and automate workflows • Administer SharePoint • Deliver project milestones on time and maintain stakeholder communication • Analyze business processes to identify automation and optimization opportunities • Create business requirements, functional specifications, and process-flow documentation • Conduct gap analyses and recommend enhancements or new solutions • Maintain data integrity through validation, audits, and reconciliation • Communicate system changes and outages to the CAB before implementation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field (or equivalent experience) • 3–6 years of experience in developing business applications, cloud system administration, or data analyst role (internships acceptable) • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) • Preferred: 6+ years of experience in business systems or IT support • Solid understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP, including configuration and customization • Proficiency in Power Apps and Power Automate for workflow automation • Experience creating business rules, forms, views, and command bar extensions • Deep understanding of Dataverse data modeling, including tables, relationships, and choices • Knowledge of CRM configuration versus customization boundaries • Ability to provide SharePoint administration tasks • Strong knowledge of business processes and data analysis tools • Experience with SharePoint workflows and IT infrastructure • Proven ability to design and implement business solutions
