📋 Description

• Own complex features from problem definition through delivery, shaping scope, navigating unknowns, and making tradeoffs across the product lifecycle • Design and build rich, performant user experiences for identity, security, secure content sharing, resource management, and data access workflows • Thread together complex multi-step user flows into coherent and intuitive experiences • Build and maintain frontend and backend services across desktop applications, web frontends, APIs, and backend services • Apply a security-minded approach to frontend and full-stack work, including authentication flows, authorization boundaries, and data classification • Champion frontend performance, including bundle size, render efficiency, perceived speed, and responsiveness • Use modern development workflows, including AI-assisted tooling, to accelerate iteration and improve quality • Contribute to a data studio experience that surfaces platform data to users • Partner with platform, integrations, and infrastructure teams on identity and security interfaces • Participate in design reviews and contribute to technical direction and architecture discussions • Write high-quality, well-tested code with attention to reliability, accessibility, and performance

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with significant frontend and full-stack product engineering depth • Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript • Deep understanding of frontend performance optimization, including rendering, state management, bundle efficiency, and perceived performance • Ability to work effectively across the full stack, connecting polished UIs to backend services • Experience with Go and/or Python for backend services; willingness to work in both • Fluency with modern developer tooling and AI-assisted workflows • Ability to break ambiguous scope into shippable increments • Experience with security-sensitive UI domains such as identity, access control, permissions, or data classification is a strong plus • Experience with desktop application development using Electron or similar is a plus • Strong product instinct and user-focused thinking • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience • Must be a US citizen or permanent resident living within the United States
