📋 Description

• Support presales solutions, in-house lab development, demos, and federal contracts • Design, develop, integrate, and operate ServiceNow prototypes and advanced proof-of-concepts • Engage directly with decision-makers during demo calls • Translate prototypes into written responses and demos throughout business development, capture, proposal, and delivery lifecycles • Drive demo strategy for key accounts in alignment with customer needs • Manage implementation roadmaps and align business needs with technical execution • Provide domain, architecture, and technical expertise for projects, clients, presales, and demos • Support architecture and design documentation • Manage key customer relationships, align service delivery with business objectives, and mitigate risks • Analyze business needs and translate them into ServiceNow technology architecture • Shape customer innovation strategy and ensure process excellence • Collaborate with business SMEs, solution architects, and technical architects on transformative solutions • Mentor junior team members in demo preparation, execution, and knowledge management • Support professional development, team excellence, marketing strategies, branding, and business development • Contribute to proposal sections, capture meetings, technical narratives, visuals, and persuasive arguments • Shape compliance strategy and ensure regulatory alignment • Drive documentation and internal knowledge-sharing strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience building ServiceNow solutions and managing ServiceNow employee experience solutions • Proven experience in ServiceNow ITSM and ITAM/EAM implementations as an architect • Expertise in ServiceNow platform management, configuration management, implementation, and consulting new customers on the Art of the Possible • Experience integrating ServiceNow modules with integrated applications including USPS, UPS, and FedEx delivery services • Experience designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions built on or built with offerings on the platform preferred • Working understanding of the Federal procurement process, including FAR and contracting vehicles preferred • Certified Technical Architect (CTA) • 5+ years of experience in the IT industry • 3+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform • Active Public Trust or ability to obtain a Public Trust • U.S. Citizenship required pursuant to a government contract • Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment • Knowledge of ITIL, SAFe, Scrum, PMI, cloud, DevOps, and AI • Ability to write, review, and craft proposal sections across IT and ServiceNow workflows, disciplines, modules, or requirements
