📋 Description

• Provide HR support to Ivy Rehab for Kids teammates, leaders, and clinics • Partner with leadership to ensure regions have the talent resources needed • Focus on teammate retention and engagement • Promote an engaging work environment • Ensure labor law compliance • Provide direct strategic support across the Ivy Rehab for Kids enterprise

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field • 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a multi-site environment • PHR/SPHR/GPHR preferred • In-depth knowledge of state and federal labor laws • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
