📋 Description

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process from intake meetings through sourcing strategy development, candidate screening and interviewing, and offer negotiation • Partner with Human Resource Business Partners and Hiring Managers to develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies • Generate a strong flow of candidates who meet hiring team requirements • Leverage market data and the employee value proposition to engage passive candidates • Build future candidate pipelines • Attract highly qualified candidate slates and create strong candidate experiences • Conduct proactive market research and ongoing candidate relationship management • Determine human capital needs with hiring managers and business leaders to support efficient and effective hiring

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting supporting engineering functions • Deep understanding of engaging and recruiting passive candidates • Ability to build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management • Strong understanding of behavioral interviewing best practices • Ability to work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to determine human capital needs • Expert-level knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting components, including sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence • Equivalent combination of education, training, or experience accepted
