📋 Description

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for assigned commodities and services • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers, analyze market trends, and assess supplier capabilities • Manage RFP, RFQ, and RFI processes, including bid analysis and supplier selection • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers • Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers and drive continuous improvement • Monitor supplier performance against cost, quality, delivery, and service metrics and implement corrective actions • Identify and mitigate geopolitical, economic, and logistical supply chain risks • Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and legal teams • Drive cost reduction through strategic sourcing, value engineering, and demand management • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, ethical guidelines, and relevant regulations • Maintain accurate supplier, contract, and sourcing records
