📋 Description

• Support U.S. payroll tax compliance by preparing standard federal, state, and local tax filings, including Forms 941, 940, W-2, and W-3, for review • Reconcile tax liabilities against the general ledger • Process semimonthly U.S. payroll for wages, deductions, benefits, and garnishments across multiple states in Workday • Research routine payroll tax notices and agency correspondence, escalating complex or novel issues • Support year-end processing, including W-2 preparation and reconciliation • Coordinate with in-country payroll providers on international employee payroll accuracy and timeliness • Serve as a day-to-day contact for assigned international payroll vendors and flag discrepancies before disbursement • Process and audit garnishments, levies, and voluntary deductions in compliance with applicable law • Coordinate with HR, Legal, and Finance on standard multi-state and multi-country payroll matters • Use AI-powered tools and payroll technologies for validation and reconciliation, flagging anomalies • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of federal, state, and local payroll tax rules, including FICA, FUTA, SUTA, and withholding • Working knowledge of U.S. payroll processing • Experience with a major payroll platform such as Workday, ADP Workforce Now, ADP Streamline/Celergo, or UKG • Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables, for reconciliations and reporting • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Relevant combination of experience and education may be considered • Exposure to international payroll processes preferred • Experience partnering with One Source Virtual or similar payroll service providers preferred • Comfort using AI-powered tools for payroll validation and reconciliation preferred • Ongoing security training is mandatory • Must adhere to security protocols, handle sensitive data responsibly, follow data protection practices, understand relevant privacy regulations, report breaches, and acknowledge the Jamf Code of Conduct
