📋 Description

• Manage a high volume of orders and engage clients through email and phone calls to gather necessary setup information • Schedule Workbook calls with clients to obtain information needed to complete the setup workbook • Move orders from initial setup through all necessary steps to successfully complete setups in a timely manner • Document calls, emails, and setup details in the CRM • Complete checklists to ensure setups meet high-quality standards • Escalate issues to third-party partners professionally • Engage and successfully set up new clients from initial build through training • Build client relationships, provide proactive support, manage implementation details, drive adoption, and help customers realize value

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in B2B customer success, professional services, or account management • Strong Customer Service Skills • Empathetic, positive attitude with a desire to help customers reach their goals • Strong public speaking and presentation skills • Experience with Sugar CRM or equivalent CRM platforms • 2+ years of experience in the automotive space (preferred) • Understanding of dealership technology systems including eLead, DealerSocket, DealerTrack, vAuto, Reynolds & Reynolds, and CDK (preferred)
