📋 Description

• Manage assigned implementation projects from kickoff through completion • Coordinate implementation timelines with customers and internal teams • Schedule and conduct implementation meetings and training sessions • Ensure required documentation is completed before launch • Verify customer system configurations meet implementation requirements • Validate integrations and data connections • Perform quality assurance checks before go-live • Troubleshoot basic configuration issues and escalate technical concerns when appropriate • Deliver virtual and/or onsite product training • Educate users on workflows and best practices • Provide user guides, training videos, and learning resources • Answer customer questions throughout onboarding • Maintain implementation records in CRM or project management systems • Track project milestones and deadlines • Provide status updates to leadership • Identify and proactively communicate implementation risks • Build positive customer relationships and maintain regular communication • Set expectations regarding timelines and deliverables • Work closely with Sales and Customer Success • Participate in team meetings and implementation planning sessions • Share customer feedback to improve products or processes

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred • 1–3 years of customer service, software implementation, training, or project coordination • 1-3 Years Automotive Sales or Finance Experience • Experience in presenting to customers is required • Travel up to 100% will be required at times • Excellent verbal and written communication • Strong customer service skills • Time management and organizational skills • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple projects • Basic project management skills • Critical thinking and problem-solving • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment • Team-oriented mindset • Preferred familiarity with CRM platforms (Sugar CRM, Salesforce) • Preferred familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite • Preferred familiarity with Google Workspace • Preferred familiarity with Microsoft Teams • Preferred familiarity with web-based software applications • Basic understanding of software integrations
