📋 Description

• Partner with clients and internal hospital operations, application, and infrastructure teams to support the design, build, and implementation of Entri patient and user experience solutions • Support accurate, on-time delivery of application database builds and communicate progress, risks, and support needs • Consult with clients and project partners to define and obtain data needed to configure applications based on contract scope, client needs, timelines, and budget • Analyze data and operational workflows to identify best practices, improve efficiency, and solve implementation challenges • Coordinate with clients, Operations, Training, IT, Product, Integration, Support, and other project partners to meet implementation milestones and prepare for go-live • Develop and deliver training objectives, expectations, and educational materials for end users and stakeholders • Lead or support database validation, functional testing, and integrated testing • Identify project obstacles, engage subject matter experts, and escalate or resolve issues affecting solution delivery • Provide project updates and escalations to stakeholders and help maintain accountability • Propose opportunities to improve, enhance, or expand product and process initiatives • Build healthcare operations and patient access workflow knowledge through product training, mock implementation work, shadowing, and supported client projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 1-3 years of related experience in healthcare, technology, implementation, deployment, project coordination, configuration, client service, or a related field • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio • Strong interpersonal skills and clear, concise oral and written communication • Ability to present information effectively and respond to questions from managers, clients, office staff, peers, and other stakeholders • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, work effectively under pressure, and adjust to rapidly changing customer needs • Ability to work independently and contribute effectively within a collaborative team • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and understand HIPAA requirements • Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% based on project needs • Preferred: Healthcare experience, particularly in patient access, registration, scheduling, hospital operations, or related workflows • Preferred: Experience supporting software implementation, product deployment, application configuration, database build, or project management activities • Preferred: Experience with healthcare platforms or electronic medical record systems such as Epic or Cerner • Preferred: Experience with Schedule Maximizer, Order Facilitator, Consumer Self Scheduling, Looker Reporting, or related Entri tools • Preferred: Comfort working directly with clients, facilitating meetings, delivering demonstrations or training, and navigating challenging stakeholder interactions • Preferred: Ability to learn new products and processes quickly and apply constructive feedback
