JHU EEHPC is the Energy Efficient High Performance Computing Lab at Johns Hopkins University, led by Tinoosh Mohsenin. The lab focuses on designing medical, health, and wearable devices and developing tiny, energy-efficient wearable and mobile computing systems through cross-layer approaches spanning algorithms, architecture, hardware, and system integration. It applies high-performance computing and artificial intelligence methods to smart health monitoring, robotics, autonomous navigation, and related domains, aiming to revolutionize healthcare, transportation, and public utilities.

📋 Description

• Support administrative departments and business units that rely on ServiceNow for case management and service delivery. • Manage and enhance the ServiceNow platform, including workflows, record producers, and integrations with enterprise systems. • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical team members, following established service management processes and delivery standards. • Define business problems by meeting with clients to observe and understand current processes. • Gather system requirements by meeting with clients and researching existing technology for new applications. • Develop detailed tasks by analyzing project scope and milestones for projects. • Create and document test scenarios to validate and verify application functionality. • Implement changes by adhering to change management policies for projects. • Monitor changes and resolve problems as they occur.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • One year of related experience with computer systems and applications • Hands on experience with ServiceNow platform configuration and development (workflows, Flow Designer, business rules, UI policies) • Proficiency in JavaScript and platform scripting, including troubleshooting and debugging • Experience working with APIs and integrations (REST/SOAP) and data exchange across systems • Familiarity with multi-environment deployments and release processes (Dev, Test/UAT, Prod) • Experience working in Agile delivery models, including participation in backlog refinement, sprint work, and UAT support.
