📋 Description

• Provide substantive, timely feedback to students on various assessment activities • Maintain a positive, safe, inclusive, student-centric learning environment • Complete required tasks on deadlines, including final grades, assessment, grading rubrics, and input for grade appeals • Maintain appropriate professional training and/or scholarly activities, when applicable • Provide feedback to the course lead regarding course content • Identify at-risk students and collaborate with student services • Work closely with the Academic Program Director and other faculty within the program • Contribute to program quality, student engagement, and student success

🎯 Requirements

• Doctoral degree in Human Resources, Human Resource Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Leadership, Management with significant Human Resources coursework and/or professional experience, or a closely related discipline from a regionally accredited university required • 3–5 years of graduate and/or doctoral higher education teaching experience preferred • Experience serving on doctoral dissertation committees preferred • Dissertation chair experience preferred • Evidence of ongoing scholarly activity, such as peer-reviewed publications, conference presentations, or scholarly research, preferred • Experience mentoring doctoral students preferred • Professional HR certifications, such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or GPHR, preferred • Online doctoral teaching experience preferred • Experience with qualitative, quantitative, and/or mixed-methods research preferred • Cover letter required • Curriculum vitae required • Unofficial transcripts of highest degree attained required
