📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team • Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce, MuleSoft, and Azure integration platforms • Identify, scope, and implement features, integrations, and core platform functionality with UX/UI Designers, Product Managers, and Business Analysts • Lead technical architecture and infrastructure discussions • Plan development work from inception to delivery, including task organization, estimation, and adjustment to meet objectives and deadlines • Conduct and participate in code reviews • Improve platform performance, scalability, and reliability • Advise on and escalate third-party vendor integrations • Evaluate vendor solutions for alignment with enterprise architecture standards • Design and maintain CI/CD deployment pipelines using GitHub Actions • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field with 4 years of relevant experience, or 10 years of experience as a software developer or in a related technical role • Minimum of six (6) years of experience developing on Salesforce and MuleSoft platforms • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a technical leadership role • Experience designing and implementing integration architectures across Salesforce, MuleSoft, and Azure • Experience with GitHub and DevOps best practices, including CI/CD pipelines • Strong hands-on proficiency with Salesforce Apex, MuleSoft (Anypoint Platform/RAML), Java, C#/.NET, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, SOQL, and T-SQL • Experience with relational and non-relational databases • Experience with Azure services (App Services, Functions, Service Bus, SQL, Key Vault) strongly preferred • Solid understanding of CI/CD practices using GitHub Actions • Experience working in an Agile development environment • Ability to communicate technical solutions to technical and non-technical audiences • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and shifting priorities
