📋 Description

• Lead and facilitate requirements-gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings • Translate business requirements into BRDs, FSDs, process documentation, and supporting technical artifacts • Develop current- and future-state process maps and identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities • Partner with business and technical teams to design, evaluate, and validate solutions • Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and IT throughout the SDLC • Own initiatives through analysis, design, build, testing, implementation, and post-implementation support • Develop UAT strategies, prepare test scenarios and cases, coordinate execution, and ensure requirements traceability • Identify, assess, and communicate risks, impacts, and dependencies • Act as a subject matter expert for supported systems and processes • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts • Maintain reliable attendance and perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business management, leadership, computer science, or related field • Experience in a technology-driven organization supporting enterprise systems and cross-functional initiatives • Working knowledge of higher education operations and systems, such as SIS, CRM, ERP, and LMS, preferred • Experience documenting business processes, business rules, and cross-functional workflows • Proficiency with process mapping and flowcharting tools such as Visio • Experience producing BRDs and FSDs and supporting initiatives through the full SDLC • Working knowledge of Waterfall and Agile SDLC methodologies • Experience with ticketing and work management systems such as Jira • Foundational SQL knowledge and ability to create and interpret queries • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Understanding of organizational structures, governance, and operational dynamics in complex environments • Ability to facilitate meetings and guide stakeholders toward alignment • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to influence without formal authority • Independent judgment, accountability, and sound decision-making with limited supervision • Ability to build collaborative relationships • Strong critical-thinking and root-cause analysis skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Commitment to organizational mission, strategic objectives, and continuous improvement
