📋 Description

• Plan, analyze, configure, implement, and support complex, multi-step workflow solutions for large healthcare organizations • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones and deliver measurable performance outcomes • Orient and train new hires and mentor team members • Identify internal process improvement opportunities, propose solutions, and lead execution • Manage customer-facing and internal communication of complex issues and risks • Provide project updates and escalate project and customer issues to the Manager • Create and manage implementation plans for successful, on-time go-live • Review and sign off on large deliverables before delivery to Operations or client IT • Identify implementation risks and escalations, and manage communication, documentation, and resolution • Lead meetings, draft status reports, develop and manage project plans, track issues and risks, and monitor resource plans • Work with real-time data integration and daily file intake processes • Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and resolve issues quickly • Build and manage client relationships • Apply healthcare revenue cycle, EHR, workflow-system, and software process-flow knowledge • Create detailed software process flows and document product requirements

🎯 Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of desired work experience • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience • Solid foundation in software implementation and data integration • Strong data analysis, critical thinking, and client management skills • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and meet project milestones • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience in project management, including meetings, status reports, project plans, issue tracking, risk identification, and resource plans • Experience with real-time data integration using HL7 or daily file intake processes • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and resolve issues quickly • Ability to work autonomously and comfortably with ambiguity • Experience building and managing client relationships • Keen attention to detail, self-motivation, and service orientation • General understanding of healthcare revenue cycle management, including patient access, registration/admission, and patient financial services • Experience with electronic health record systems • Solid understanding of workflow systems and operations business process improvement • Experience creating detailed software process flows and documenting product requirements • Experience with data analytics, QA processes, and software workflow design • SQL Server or equivalent experience querying large data sets • Ability to create .json and .txt files • Advanced understanding of healthcare data exchange methods, including HL7, extracts, and APIs • Ability to complete required education and professional certification
