📋 Description

• Build the US pre-sales and technical support function, including processes, tools, standards, and methodologies • Lead technical discovery, solution design, architecture, and customer-facing technical discussions • Support pilots, deployments, commissioning, and complex troubleshooting • Provide technical leadership across networking, Wi-Fi, wireless backhaul, IoT, and edge-based systems • Translate customer and field requirements into actionable input for Product and R&D • Create scalable documentation, support procedures, and escalation processes • Work closely with Sales to support opportunities from technical qualification through successful deployment • Own the technical customer journey from pre-sales and solution design through deployment, troubleshooting, and ongoing support • Serve as the bridge between customers, Sales, Product, and R&D

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales Engineering, Network Engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role • Strong networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, switching, routing, VLANs, Wi-Fi, and RF fundamentals • Proven experience designing and troubleshooting complex technical solutions • Experience working directly with enterprise customers and supporting deployments in the field • Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis capabilities • Ability to build processes and functions from the ground up • Comfortable working across Sales, customers, Product, R&D, hardware, and software teams • Fluency in Hebrew - an advantage • Experience with outdoor wireless networks, smart-city or IoT deployments, wireless backhaul, edge computing, video systems, or large-scale infrastructure projects
