📋 Description

• Recruit patients for multiple studies by contacting referrals generated by marketing and outreach efforts • Administer prescreening surveys and phone screens to identify eligible patients • Schedule screening visits for currently enrolling and upcoming studies • Identify potentially qualified patients from the internal database for new trials • Assist in identifying studies patients may qualify for and schedule initial visits at facilities • Maintain an updated tracker of scheduled patients and visit outcomes • Follow up with patients as necessary • Build and develop the site's patient database by identifying and implementing new recruitment methods • Thoroughly understand assigned studies through protocols, resource materials, and training • Perform other tasks as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish • Minimum Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred • Background in psychology, health sciences, or a related field preferred, or relevant experience in patient recruitment or clinical research environments • Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service-related position, preferably in a medical or health provider environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to complete training and follow study protocol • Flexibility and ability to prioritize and multitask throughout the day • Detail-oriented and self-motivated • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Willingness to interact with a diverse patient population • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
