📋 Description

• Translate client requirements into application features • Collaborate with IT professionals to define specifications for new applications • Design prototypes according to specifications • Write high-quality source code for complete applications within deadlines • Perform unit, integration, functional, and non-functional testing • Troubleshoot and debug applications • Evaluate, update, and enhance existing applications • Develop technical documents, handbooks, system specifications, support documentation, and knowledge-transfer materials • Design end-to-end systems and integrations • Ensure governance requirements are met • Design and automate reports and dashboards • Design with data and application security in mind • Design and build secure, compliant case workflows using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform • Support application implementation, user acceptance testing, deployment, production stabilization, performance tuning, monitoring, and operational support • Collaborate with stakeholders, analysts, architects, security personnel, and project managers

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years with Dynamics 365 Customer Service • 2+ years with Power Platform • Demonstrated Dataverse architecture experience • Hands-on model-driven app experience • Strong communication skills • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field of work or equivalent work experience (preferred) • Previous case management knowledge or experience in DHHS, hospital, or healthcare systems (preferred) • Experience developing Health and Human Services, behavioral health, healthcare, or case management applications (preferred) • Experience with Microsoft technologies including Azure, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365 (preferred) • Experience implementing HIPAA-compliant solutions (preferred) • Experience designing reporting and dashboard solutions using Power BI or comparable platforms (preferred) • Experience with document management and records retention systems (preferred) • Experience implementing SSO, MFA, RBAC, and audit logging in regulated environments (preferred) • Experience with data migration from legacy systems (preferred) • Experience supporting government or public-sector technology projects (preferred) • Knowledge of SDLC methodologies • Knowledge of case management and electronic record systems • Knowledge of relational database design, data modeling, normalization, and reporting architectures • Knowledge of business process automation and workflow-driven application design • Knowledge of application security, identity management, RBAC, and least-privilege access • Knowledge of HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules • Knowledge of 42 CFR Part 2 confidentiality requirements • Knowledge of audit logging, records retention, legal hold requirements, and compliance reporting • Knowledge of Section 508 and WCAG standards • Knowledge of secure document management, electronic forms, repositories, and records management • Knowledge of SSO and MFA authentication technologies • Knowledge of reporting, dashboarding, analytics, KPI development, and operational performance measurement • Knowledge of data migration strategies and legacy system modernization • Knowledge of application integration patterns, APIs, data exchange mechanisms, and secure export processes • Knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks, backlog management, and iterative solution development • Must reside within the EST or CST time zones • Must not require C2C • Must not require sponsorship for a work visa
