📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Senior Generative AI Developer to design, build, and deploy generative AI and automation solutions • Develop and maintain automation supporting the Army contracting enterprise • Identify, scope, and prototype new AI and automation use cases • Build solutions using Power Platform, UiPath, Appian, Python, and C# • Support the transition to cloud-based AI development using AWS services such as Bedrock and Lambda • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code • Test, troubleshoot, and optimize automations and AI workflows • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions • Stay current with emerging generative AI, automation, and cloud technology trends

🎯 Requirements

• Experience developing AI-powered tools with workflows containing nested AI capabilities for real-time evaluations and results • Experience with AI-assisted tool development using AI to assist with creation of full-stack applications, programs, and tools • Proficiency in at least one programming language, preferably Python and/or C# • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience • Deep understanding of generative AI concepts, large language models (LLMs), context management, chunking algorithms, and prompt engineering • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code • Ability to test, troubleshoot, and optimize automations and AI workflows • Ability to gather stakeholder requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance • Experience with Power Platform, UiPath, or Appian is desired • Hands-on experience with AWS services, particularly Bedrock, Lambda, S3, and related serverless technologies is desired • Knowledge of API development and integration is desired • Experience with version control systems such as Git is desired • Understanding of data security and compliance requirements in government environments is desired
