📋 Description

• Build agent orchestration workflows across paid media, lifecycle messaging, organic content, conversion optimization, incentives, and other growth use cases • Integrate AI reasoning layers with growth execution platforms, data infrastructure, experimentation systems, and analytics tools • Build reusable shared agent infrastructure components, workflow patterns, prompt libraries, and integration clients • Implement monitoring and audit logging so agent actions are traceable, versioned, and queryable • Build creative and content generation pipelines across growth channels • Move workflows from specification to production • Ensure integration reliability, graceful error handling, and maintenance as tools evolve • Document workflows so domain specialists can understand, tune, and improve them

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years building automation workflows, integrations, or agentic systems using AI orchestration platforms, workflow automation tools, or equivalent technologies • Strong understanding of API integrations, including REST, webhooks, authentication patterns, and error handling at scale • Experience working with LLM APIs, including prompt engineering, structured outputs, tool use, and agent chaining • Ability to work from a specification and build accurately without the architect present • Understanding of growth or marketing context • Ability to balance speed and quality • Professional production-code experience in at least one general-purpose language, such as Python or JavaScript/TypeScript • Nice to have: experience with paid media platforms, marketing automation, CRM, or lifecycle messaging systems • Nice to have: familiarity with data warehouse query patterns and event tracking infrastructure • Nice to have: background in a high-growth fintech, consumer tech, or multi-product technology environment • Nice to have: experience designing multi-agent architectures or complex agent-to-agent workflows
