📋 Description

• Drive talent and engagement analytics through the People Science team • Optimize development and deployment of employees’ skills • Oversee psychometric validation, continuous listening systems, and advanced talent analytics • Drive analytics supporting employee and leadership development, training, project matching, assessment tools, and leadership development • Oversee psychometric modeling, assessment validation, Item Response Theory, and Organizational Network Analysis using skills graphs • Design and refine performance management systems • Evaluate organizational networks and interactions to improve productivity, culture, and employee satisfaction • Lead enterprise employee listening strategies and survey architectures • Develop and analyze employee engagement surveys and continuous listening systems • Conduct research supporting new talent analytics and strategies • Partner with CHRO, C-suite, business unit leaders, and senior executives • Translate analytic results into actionable business insights • Manage and mentor a team of 5 analysts and psychometricians • Provide coaching, technical-deliverable oversight, and strategic roadmap direction • Collaborate with data science, engineering, HR, business, and executive teams to deploy analytical models into production

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience executing advanced analytics in large-scale enterprise environments • Experience with psychometric techniques, including Item Response Theory • Experience with Organizational Network Analysis leveraging skills graphs • Experience deploying models into production • Proven management experience leading, mentoring, and developing analytics or technical personnel • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and communicating complex insights to technical and non-technical audiences • Hands-on proficiency in R, Python, SPSS, SAS, and Cypher/graph analytics • Working knowledge of ML modeling environments and platforms, including Azure ML, Vortex AI AutoML, and SageMaker • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Psychometrics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field is preferred • Prior experience within professional services or fast-paced matrixed organizations is preferred
