📋 Description

• Design, develop, and support software products, services, and systems • Lead strategic software design and development projects • Lead and inspire developers and engineers • Deliver software solutions that exceed customer expectations and support organizational success • Select and train team members • Build high-performing teams and foster personal and professional growth • Provide teams with appropriate tools and ensure delivery within agreed timelines • Perform SRE responsibilities, including automated testing, QA checks, and code scans • Collaborate with the Scrum Master to prioritize the backlog • Create user stories aligned with the INVEST acronym • Apply Agile Scrum ceremonies to deliver solutions addressing technical and business problems

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing high-performing teams using agile methodologies (the posting states “X years,” without specifying a number) • Deep understanding of software development methodologies, practices, programming languages, frameworks, and tools • Leadership skills guiding and motivating development teams to deliver solutions that meet business requirements • Proficiency in project management, including scope definition, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management • Business acumen to understand customer needs, market trends, and align software development with business objectives • Excellent communication skills in liaising with team members and stakeholders • Experience in one or more hyperscalers to leverage cloud-native solutions • Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent job experience is preferred
