📋 Description

• Drive innovation and transformation for customers using ServiceNow • Collaborate with customers across industries to tailor technology solutions to their needs • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer business objectives and recommending ServiceNow solutions • Align business processes with technology and develop and deploy ServiceNow solutions • Conduct needs assessments for new applications and upgrades • Document requirements using Business Analysis methodologies, including use cases, requirements traceability, and process flows • Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into functional and nonfunctional specifications • Assist customers in selecting and configuring packaged solutions • Collaborate with ServiceNow architects and developers to deliver solutions • Analyze requirements and plan and design software and service solutions within objectives, budgets, and time constraints • Consult customers on complementary and competitive software solutions • Help customers prioritize short- and long-term initiatives • Work with Kyndryl Consultants, Architects, Project Managers, and cross-functional Technical Subject Matter Experts

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture, development and deployment • 10+ years of pre-sales experience or directly supporting business development • 5+ years consulting with clients and becoming a Trusted Advisor • ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) and ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) • Actively leading client conversations on ServiceNow offerings including AI Control Tower, MoveWorks/Employee Works, Armis, and Veza • Deep technical knowledge in ServiceNow Now Assist, ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HAM/SAM, CSM, GRC/IRM, HRSD, PCM, FSO, and HCLS-SM • Working knowledge and experience in Healthcare/Life Sciences, Finance/Capital Markets, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, and other industries • Demonstrable ability to influence, collaborate, and build relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams • Preferred: Digital Workplace, Security, Cloud, Application Modernization, and Mainframe Modernization service offerings • Preferred: Executive relationship building • Preferred: Overseeing ServiceNow delivery teams or responsibility for client satisfaction • Preferred: Assisting stakeholders in quantifying risks and developing mitigation and remediation strategies
