• Serve as finance leader and key member of the North Central Division leadership team • Partner with operations and commercial leaders to shape and execute business strategy • Influence decisions involving pricing, cost structure, footprint, resource allocation, and growth investments • Lead full P&L performance, including revenue, margin, and cost optimization • Identify and execute profitability and operational-efficiency initiatives • Provide customer, product, and channel profitability insights • Lead annual planning, forecasting, and long-range financial strategy • Modernize FP&A through automation, scalable data solutions, and advanced analytics • Lead financial evaluation, valuation, synergy modeling, execution, and integration of acquisitions • Evaluate and prioritize capital investments and strengthen financial governance and reporting • Ensure compliance with policies, controls, SOX controls, internal audits, and regulatory requirements • Lead and develop a high-performing finance team • Translate analytics and AI-enabled finance capabilities into practical business impact
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration • 15 years or more of progressive finance leadership experience • 10 or more years of experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range strategic planning • 10 or more years of experience managing full P&L performance, revenue growth, operating margin improvement, and cost optimization • 5 or more years of experience in regulated industries such as healthcare, life sciences, diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices • Demonstrated experience leveraging data, analytics, and automation to improve financial outcomes • Working knowledge of AI-enabled finance tools • Ability to translate advanced analytics and AI capabilities into practical business impact • Proven track record of driving financial and operational performance improvement • Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders • Deep expertise in FP&A, P&L management, and business partnering • MBA with 5 or more years of senior finance leadership experience preferred • CPA certification preferred • CMA certification preferred
