📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement special projects • Build AI-driven automation tools to improve contact centers • Work with artificial intelligence experts to enhance products • Develop applications interfacing with web, desktop, telephony, and other systems • Work in a fast-paced, agile software development environment • Interact with product stakeholders to demonstrate work and gather feedback • Propose ideas and experiment with new approaches • Mentor and empower other developers • Perform other duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of software development experience in a variety of technologies • Experience developing with TypeScript or a similar typed language (C#, Java, etc.) • Experience with object-relational mapping such as Entity Framework • Experience with MS SQL or PostgreSQL and advanced knowledge of T-SQL • Strong software architecture and design experience using modern techniques • Experience with UI/UX design principles and translating them into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces • Strong knowledge of web technologies such as ASP.NET, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, or desktop application stacks • Experience with Vue.js or similar JavaScript frameworks • Experience integrating AI/ML models, including LLMs, RAG, and speech-to-text • Experience designing and implementing scalable automation solutions, including browser extensions or Robotic Process Automation (RPA) • Expertise in desktop application frameworks such as Electron, including performance optimization and forensic analysis for issues such as memory leaks • Familiarity with Kubernetes and Docker • Experience with automated testing, including unit testing and Selenium • Experience building and consuming web services • Understanding or experience in an agile development environment • Understanding or experience with automated continuous deployment strategies • Experience working within a team, mentoring, and empowering other developers • Strong communication and collaboration skills
