📋 Description

• Convert warm, marketing-generated leads into treatment plans • Manage a pipeline of warm leads and a revenue target • Work the lead queue through the CRM • Conduct consultative phone conversations with patients • Educate patients on LaserAway's treatment options • Overcome objections, follow up persistently, and close sales • Make 50+ outbound calls per day • Manage the sales pipeline independently • Collaborate with LaserAway's national marketing team

🎯 Requirements

• Outbound sales experience required • Experienced outbound or phone-based sales professional • Comfortable making 50+ outbound calls per day • Ability to manage an independent sales pipeline • Available to cover an assigned U.S. time zone • Motivated by measurable results • Ability to conduct consultative phone conversations, educate patients, overcome objections, follow up persistently, and close sales • No aesthetics background required
