📋 Description

• Build, automate, and improve the systems that keep LaunchDarkly running at scale • Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and operational workflows • Build and improve internal tools and platforms that increase engineer productivity • Manage and evolve AWS infrastructure using Terraform • Participate in on-call rotations and turn incident patterns into permanent fixes • Collaborate with product engineering teams to understand infrastructure needs and reduce friction • Identify repetitive operational work and replace it with software

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience • Familiarity with AWS • Ability to write software to solve infrastructure problems • Willingness to learn new tools quickly • Commitment to a communicative and collaborative environment • High standards when working with production systems • Value for code quality, automated testing, and engineering best practices • Experience with Terraform or similar Infrastructure-as-Code tools (nice to have, not required) • Experience with CI/CD systems such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins (nice to have, not required) • Familiarity with containers and Kubernetes (nice to have, not required) • Experience with observability tools such as Datadog (nice to have, not required)
