📋 Description

• Own the real estate brokerage relationships in your territory • Work a target list of investor-focused brokerages in your territory • Meet brokers of record and agents and demo the app on their phone in under a minute • Sign brokerages to the office partnership program • Invite agents and investor clients to weekly education sessions • Stay with every referral until it funds, working with the loan team • Meet one-on-one with the sales manager weekly • Focus on relationships; the technology and loan team handle quoting rates, applications, underwriting, and paperwork

🎯 Requirements

• Two or more years selling to real estate agents or brokers in mortgage, title, insurance, home warranty, or real estate • Preference for opening doors rather than working an inbound queue • Self-directed; able to set your hours and run your own calendar • Comfortable running your business from your phone • Investment property or DSCR experience is a plus, not a requirement • Live in or near your territory
