📋 Description

• Partner with the Manager, Certification, to meet team goals and optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness • Manage, guide, and coach team members to foster a positive work environment • Develop and maintain process documentation, including SOPs and job aids • Monitor team and business performance, analyze data, and present findings to internal stakeholders • Conduct performance evaluations, address concerns, and recognize achievements • Hire, train, coach, and develop employees in collaboration with the Manager • Approve timecards each pay period • Lead employee one-on-ones and team meetings • Provide coverage for the Manager, Certification, during absences • Stay informed of market trends and share subject matter expertise • Exercise sound judgment when escalating questions to minimize rework • Understand team time allocation and its application to workflows and processes • Model LegitScript’s core values

🎯 Requirements

• Experience identifying inefficiencies and collaborating to resolve them through process improvement or targeted training • Strong people management skills and passion for developing staff • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including leading group discussions and one-on-ones • Ability to coordinate and oversee large-scale or long-term projects, manage stakeholder relationships, and own deliverables • Experience leading directly or indirectly, or guiding a team through change • Proficiency with macOS, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Excel • Continuous improvement mindset • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships while upholding high performance standards • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment • Professional writing and reviewing others' written work • Clear professional written and verbal communication • Sound judgment and common sense • Excellent time management and independent decision-making • Strong attention to detail • Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills • Growth mindset and openness to feedback and change • Ability to speak, read, comprehend, and write English • Open to candidates with a 4-year college degree in business or analytics, or an equivalent combination of education or experience • Two years of experience in a compliance-related role or industry • Visa sponsorship is not available • International remote work is not supported
