📋 Description

• Lead digital engineering test automation activities • Lead technical professionals and direct the team • Apply Digital Engineering methods, tools, and frameworks to develop rigorous specifications and designs for commercial and/or DoD systems/components • Identify, develop, and analyze enterprise IT activities, solutions/risk mitigations, artifacts, and migrations in large enterprise operations environments • Apply systems engineering concepts, processes, practices, and procedures to technical assignments • Collaborate with internal and external enterprise technologists to resolve complex technical issues • Use Robot Framework, Python, PyCharm, GitHub, and AI tools for test automation • Use Atlassian JIRA to define, schedule, and track engineering team assignments • Develop innovative automation approaches and strategies independently • Lead discussions and interact with Government customers, colleagues, and senior leadership • Travel as needed to direct the team

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. degree and 7 or more years of prior relevant experience, or M.S. with 5 or more years of prior relevant experience, in System Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related engineering discipline, from an accredited college or university • Experience leading technical professionals • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Excellent interpersonal skills • Experience interfacing with DoD stakeholders • Experience interfacing with subcontractors • Must be a U.S. Citizen • Must have a Secret clearance • Experience applying Digital Engineering methods, tools, and frameworks to develop rigorous specifications and designs of commercial and/or DoD systems/components • Ability to synthesize knowledge from multiple domains to apply to new, complicated problems • Experience working in large enterprise operations environments, including identification, development, and analysis of enterprise IT activities, solutions/risk mitigations, artifacts, and migrations • Experience applying systems engineering fundamental concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on technical assignments • Experience collaborating with internal and external enterprise technologists to resolve complex technical issues • Extensive knowledge of and experience with Robot Framework, Python, PyCharm, GitHub, and AI tools • Experience using Atlassian JIRA to define, schedule, and track work assignments within an engineering team • Ability to work collaboratively and remotely in a team environment • Ability to work independently to develop innovative automation approaches and strategies • Communication skills for leading discussions and interacting with Government customers, colleagues, and senior leadership • Preferred: Experience using No Magic’s Cameo Systems Modeler (SysML), Collaborator, and Teamwork Cloud • Preferred: Defense industry systems engineering experience • Preferred: Experience leveraging test automation frameworks within DoD • Preferred: IT network systems engineering experience
