📋 Description

• Create and maintain CI/CD and production release build pipelines for BIOS/UEFI development on Lenovo servers • Work with firmware engineers to create and maintain automated build pipelines and related infrastructure • Manage and maintain firmware build tools and toolchains for EDK2-based UEFI firmware • Build in Linux or Windows environments • Integrate source control management and automated test frameworks • Develop a continuous integration system to ensure healthy code • Analyze situations and implement solutions or develop new system elements, procedures, or processes

🎯 Requirements

• BS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience • Minimum 5 years of experience in build and test automation, CI, and CD • Strong experience with Python • Proficiency with Git source control management • Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar automation environments using configuration as code • Experience with authentication schemes, certificate management, and LDAP integrations • Experience with Jenkins, Jenkins Pipeline, Jenkins Configuration as Code, and Jenkins maintenance • Experience with Linux • Experience with Docker and Docker repositories • Experience with binary artifact repositories such as Nexus or Artifactory • Experience integrating CI pipelines with automated test frameworks • Intimate knowledge of software development processes • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools • Strong analytical and debugging methodology skills • Preferred: GitLab, GitLab-Jenkins integrations, GitLab CI/CD, and Nexus • Preferred: ability to work independently, compare alternative approaches, exercise judgment, manage priorities, provide technical advice, and apply discretion
