📋 Description

• Join a team of AI-first engineers • Build and maintain frontend functionality using React/TypeScript • Develop clear, reliable user experiences for a data-rich web portal • Integrate frontend functionality with backend services and third-party APIs • Write clean, readable, and well-tested code • Use AI tools daily for development, debugging, refactoring, and documentation workflows • Communicate progress, blockers, and risks proactively in a remote-first environment • Identify and resolve bugs, performance bottlenecks, and architectural risks • Manage priorities and complexity independently

🎯 Requirements

• +5 years of frontend experience • +2 years of React experience • Hands-on experience using Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex • Hands-on experience building at least one large-scale system from scratch • AI-first mindset • Experience with React/TypeScript • Excellent communication skills and comfort working in an asynchronous, remote environment • Proactive, ownership-driven mindset • Ability to operate in a 100% operational role, managing priorities and complexity independently • Availability for meetings in Central Time, with at least 2–3 hours of daily overlap
