📋 Description

• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Google Xray searches, Boolean searches, referrals, and other channels • Translate job requirements into targeted searches • Review resumes, professional profiles, and portfolios • Create personalized candidate outreach • Conduct initial candidate conversations covering qualifications, interest, availability, compensation expectations, and location requirements • Present qualified candidates with concise experience summaries • Manage incoming job requests, requirements, priorities, and submission deadlines • Create and post job descriptions in Greenhouse and other recruiting channels • Maintain candidate records, outreach activity, follow-up, and pipeline updates in Greenhouse • Coordinate screening appointments and candidate communication • Organize recruiting documents, track submissions, and schedule activities • Manage multiple searches with quick turnaround expectations • Communicate progress, flag obstacles, and adjust sourcing strategies as requirements evolve • Partner with the Director of Talent Solutions and recruiting lead to support technology and specialized business searches

🎯 Requirements

• Prior sourcing or recruiting experience supporting technology or specialized professional roles • Strong Boolean and Google Xray search skills • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter • Familiarity with Greenhouse for candidate searches, records, outreach, and pipelines • Ability to evaluate candidate experience beyond job titles and keyword matches • Clear, engaging written communication and professional outreach approach • Strong organization, attention to detail, and consistent follow through • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight resume submission deadlines • Comfort navigating ambiguity and pivoting quickly • Willingness to support job postings, incoming requests, and administrative tasks • Ability to work independently while collaborating with the recruiting lead • Availability Monday through Friday, preferably overlapping Pacific Time business hours • English language required • Must address US work sponsorship requirements
