📋 Description

• Create, troubleshoot, and maintain SSRS reports and corresponding data sets • Create, troubleshoot, and maintain Power BI reports based on company-endorsed data models • Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and the BI team on reporting and analysis projects • Validate report functionality with internal staff and end-users • Collaborate with internal QA on acceptance testing and data validation • Follow development standard operating procedures, including design specifications, unit testing, and the BI development lifecycle • Comply with HIPAA obligations related to Protected Health Information (PHI) • Report discovered HIPAA violations to the Compliance Officer and/or Human Resources • Attend, complete, and demonstrate competency in required HIPAA training • Adjust work times to cover meetings across all time zones • Work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as required by industry demands • Perform some travel as required

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with SQL Server 2008 R2 or above • Deep understanding of relational databases and T-SQL query development • 3+ years of experience using SSRS development environments, including Visual Studio and Report Builder 3.0 • Experience developing Power BI reports • Strong communication skills • Understanding of Kimball/Star-Schema data warehouse database design (strongly desired) • Experience developing reports using SQL Server Analysis Services Multidimensional (strongly desired) • Knowledge of MDX query development (strongly desired) • Power BI modeling; DAX and M are a plus • Experience with Agile Scrum and Kanban methodologies (strongly desired) • Experience in Healthcare/PBM/Pharmacy reporting (strongly desired) • Undergraduate degree in Information Systems or similar • 3+ years of SQL query development • 3+ years of SSRS development • Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted • Availability during core hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CT • Ability to adjust work times for meetings across all time zones • Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays pursuant to industry demands • Some travel may be required
