• Provide customer service to Logically's customer base • Manage open tickets and projects and complete technical and operational deliverables • Execute firewall builds and upgrades for SonicWall, Fortinet, and other network security platforms • Deploy and configure SentinelOne and Huntress endpoint security solutions • Install and configure Linux-based log collectors for SIEM integration, including syslog forwarding and data collection • Configure NAT policies, security rules, client-based and site-to-site VPNs, and security services • Execute firmware upgrades and security patch deployments • Install, configure, and maintain network security services, equipment, and devices • Perform post-deployment validation testing • Document implementation activities, configuration baselines, and deployment notes • Contribute to customer-facing and internal deployment documentation and knowledge base articles • Maintain an individual ticket queue • Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate non-standard issues • Participate in training across security platforms and deployment methodologies • Perform tier 1 support, administrative work, and project tasks as needed • Lift equipment weighing 15 pounds routinely and occasionally up to 50 pounds
• Associate's Degree or commensurate professional experience • Preferred Network+ and/or Security+ certification • 1–2 years of experience in a professional IT environment, preferably with exposure to security technologies • Basic understanding of firewall policies, security standards, and network configurations • Familiarity with the Linux command line for basic system administration • Ability to follow detailed technical procedures precisely and consistently • Willingness to work alternate shifts as required • Ability to learn new technical concepts and stay current with security technologies • Strong attention to detail and procedural discipline • Ability to work in a team environment • Superior verbal and written communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities under stress • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and management
