📋 Description

• Provide strategic vision and technical leadership to the engineering team • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing engineering organization • Oversee the entire software development lifecycle from requirements gathering through deployment • Champion AI-powered tools and automation across the SDLC • Develop and execute a technology roadmap aligned with the company's long-term vision • Collaborate with product management, design, and operations teams • Promote and implement agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban • Optimize personnel, infrastructure, and budget allocation • Attract, recruit, and retain engineering talent • Establish engineering standards, best practices, and quality control processes • Identify and mitigate technical, operational, and security risks • Collaborate with executives, clients, partners, and other stakeholders • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies in real estate technology

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software products on time and within budget • Strong technical background with expertise in software development methodologies, modern architectures, and cloud technologies • Experience leading and managing high-performing engineering teams • Ability to translate business goals into actionable technology strategies • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills • Solid understanding and implementation experience of agile development methodologies • Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools and automation, including AI-assisted coding, automated testing, and CI/CD pipeline automation • Familiarity with real estate industry concepts, processes, and technologies is a plus • Strong business acumen and ability to balance technical considerations with business priorities • Ability to navigate ambiguity, make sound decisions, and drive results in a fast-paced environment • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • 10+ years of progressive experience in software development • At least 5+ years in engineering leadership roles leading software teams
