📋 Description

• Support daily operations and ongoing enhancements for Salesforce, a Knowledge Sharing Portal, and public websites • Optimize user experience, performance, and scalability for business-critical applications • Update and maintain Salesforce user interfaces, workflows, and overall user experience • Develop, customize, and enhance Salesforce applications using Lightning components and declarative tools • Gather requirements with business analysts, Salesforce administrators, back-end developers, and UI/UX designers • Ensure interfaces meet accessibility standards and cross-browser compatibility requirements • Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting • Monitor Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry trends • Troubleshoot front-end performance, usability, and browser inconsistency issues • Support system upgrades, releases, patches, and post-implementation activities • Improve development processes, tools, methodologies, efficiency, and maintainability

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce front-end development • Experience working with Salesforce Experience Cloud • Experience integrating user-facing components with CRM workflows and business processes • Solid understanding of UX/UI design principles • Knowledge of web standards and front-end development best practices • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript • Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development • Experience ensuring accessibility and WCAG compliance • Strong collaboration skills in an Agile environment • Experience working across multiple teams, including developers, designers, and business analysts
