📋 Description

• Partner with business and technology teams to evaluate current operations • Identify process improvement opportunities and design future-state processes • Lead process improvement initiatives from assessment through implementation • Establish baselines and facilitate workshops • Analyze, redesign, and optimize business processes • Quantify current performance and isolate root causes of inefficiency • Develop practical solutions balancing operational needs with strategic goals • Create detailed process documentation • Establish baseline metrics and define key performance indicators • Lead discovery and process mapping sessions • Capture and analyze process data to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies • Develop and validate future-state process designs and implementation roadmaps • Partner with automation and technology teams to align improvements with digital solutions • Create and deliver documentation, training, and communication materials to support adoption • Report to the Delivery Operations Manager

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in process improvement, business process re-engineering, or operations consulting • Proven experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies • Experience in financial services or other regulated industries • Familiarity with process optimization in lending, account servicing, or compliance • Strong facilitation and communication skills • Ability to influence diverse stakeholders • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a related discipline • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred
