📋 Description

• Lead a team of software engineers designing and building modern web applications • Define, document, and enforce coding standards, development processes, and engineering best practices • Drive solution architecture and participate in high-level design discussions • Own assigned features and software components from clinical/commercial intent through technical design and delivery • Translate expected clinical behavior into software requirements, designs, and implementation • Contribute directly to coding and implementation of key features and components • Conduct code reviews for quality, security, and performance • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in development and production environments • Partner with Product Owners, Architects, and QA teams to deliver features • Mentor and coach team members • Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management • Leverage Microsoft Azure for hosting, storage, APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring • Champion DevOps practices, automated testing, continuous integration, and seamless deployments

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field • 10+ years of software development experience • 2+ years in a technical leadership role • Expertise with React.js or a similar modern JavaScript framework • Expertise with Java, C#.NET/ASP.NET Core, Python, or another object-oriented programming language • Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP platform services • Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and microservices • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile methodologies • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates is nice to have • Familiarity with OAuth, JWT, and Azure AD is nice to have • Knowledge of data engineering or machine learning pipelines is nice to have • Experience in regulated medical device or healthcare environments, FDA design controls, equivalent QMS, design documentation, verification evidence, and requirements traceability is nice to have • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities • Ability to mentor and motivate teams • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in business-friendly language • Ability to raise risks, voice disagreement, and push back constructively
