📋 Description

• Build, enhance, and maintain cloud-based applications powering the platform • Design, build, test, deploy, monitor, and support software across multiple products and technology stacks • Participate throughout the software development lifecycle, including technical design, implementation, testing, code review, deployment, and production support • Partner with product managers and engineers to deliver new capabilities • Resolve production issues and continuously improve systems • Write clean, maintainable code, automated tests, and technical documentation • Design and evolve RESTful APIs and event-driven services • Build resilient distributed systems focused on performance, fault tolerance, scalability, security, reliability, and maintainability • Thoroughly test personal code and review and test code written by fellow engineers • Contribute across multiple products and codebases

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience with one or more modern programming languages and frameworks such as Python, Java, React, or TypeScript • Minimum 3–5 years of professional full-stack development experience; 6+ years for Senior Software Engineer • Experience building cloud-native applications on AWS • Experience with AWS Lambda, S3, RDS, or similar services • Experience with SQL and relational databases • Experience with Git-based development workflows • Experience with infrastructure as code using AWS CDK, Terraform, or similar tools • Experience monitoring and troubleshooting production systems • Experience with observability platforms such as Datadog or Amazon CloudWatch • Enthusiasm for AI-assisted software development • Interest in tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar • Experience with NodeJS, ReactJS, Python, or Java • Proficiency in industry-standard programming languages and frameworks • Experience interfacing with real-time databases • Strong academic record; CS degree preferred but not required with relevant experience • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Ability to quickly learn new technologies • Authorization to work in the U.S. is required • Foureyes is not currently sponsoring work visas for this role
