📋 Description

• Provide guidance and resolution of HR issues across benefits, payroll, workplace accommodations, global mobility, compensation, talent development, and other HR services • Deliver world-class care experiences to help employees return to doing their best work • Contribute to a collaborative, cross-functional team focused on continuous improvement of the workforce experience • Partner with centers of excellence to improve programs and offerings based on customer feedback and experience • Deliver personalized care and effective partnership through chat, phone, and case work • Coach end users on HR technology systems and SaaS applications

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of HR generalist experience • Experience supporting end-to-end HR offerings, including leave of absence, payroll, and benefits • Ability to coach people leaders and employees • Ability to collaborate in a virtual, global environment • Continuous improvement mindset • Comfort with heavy use of technology • Willingness to work weekday hours of 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific and Saturday/Sunday hours of 7:00 AM–3:30 PM Pacific • Willingness to work periodic overtime • Must reside in the Pacific or Mountain Time Zone; Central Time Zone will also be considered • Bachelor's degree preferred • French or Hebrew communication ability is nice to have
