📋 Description

• Support a key client's business needs through talent acquisition and recruitment • Connect candidates' skills to meaningful work and career opportunities • Build candidate pipelines and client relationships through social networks and industry communities • Own workload and deliver on performance metrics and commitments • Execute full-cycle recruitment processes • Market, screen, and present candidates for opportunities • Improve sourcing strategies through research, digital outreach, and attraction campaigns • Advocate for candidates and prepare them for successful employment • Deliver an exceptional hiring experience and drive client satisfaction and loyalty • Advise candidates and clients on in-demand skills and local labor-market dynamics

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting experience • High school diploma or equivalent • Strong communication skills • Organizational skills • Technology skills • Knowledge of role design and required competencies, skills, and knowledge • Ability to use creative research, digital outreach, and attraction campaigns • Ability to screen and assess candidates • Knowledge of in-demand skills • Ability to understand and educate clients on local market, labor, and workforce management dynamics • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree (nice to have)
