📋 Description

• Support a key client’s business needs through talent acquisition • Drive all aspects of recruitment and provide exceptional customer service to candidates and clients • Connect motivated candidates with job opportunities and develop career pathways • Build candidate pipelines and client relationships through social networks and industry communities • Own workload and deliver performance metrics and commitments • Execute full-cycle recruitment processes • Market, screen, and present candidates using knowledge of role design and required competencies • Improve sourcing strategies through research, digital outreach, and attraction campaigns • Advocate for candidates and equip them with information and tools for successful employment • Drive client satisfaction and loyalty by delivering on commitments • Advise candidates and clients on in-demand skills and local labor-market dynamics

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting experience • High school diploma or equivalent • Strong communication skills • Strong organizational skills • Strong technology skills • Knowledge of role design and required competencies, skills and knowledge • Experience with sourcing strategies, creative research, digital outreach, and attraction campaigns • Ability to screen and assess candidates • Ability to understand local market, labor and workforce management dynamics • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree is nice to have
