📋 Description

• Support a key client's business needs through recruiting • Connect candidates' skills to meaningful work and develop career pathways • Manage all aspects of recruitment and provide exceptional customer service to candidates and clients • Execute full-cycle recruitment processes • Market, screen, and present candidates based on role competencies and requirements • Improve sourcing strategies and build a diverse candidate pipeline through research, digital outreach, and attraction campaigns • Exceed client expectations and expand influence within the client portfolio • Screen and assess candidates and advocate for them in career opportunities • Remove barriers and equip candidates with information and tools for successful employment • Drive client satisfaction and loyalty by delivering on commitments • Advise candidates and clients on in-demand skills and labor-market dynamics • Educate clients on the local market, labor, and workforce management • Achieve performance targets, put more people to work, and deliver strong client and candidate satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience • Experience recruiting professional salaried positions in a manufacturing environment, including production supervisors, HR, and process engineers • Must reside in the Central or Eastern time zone • High school diploma or equivalent • Workday experience is nice to have • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree is nice to have
